1. Who we are
LeadBack is operated by Falcan Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"), operating at falcangroup.com. LeadBack helps home-service businesses recover missed calls by automatically starting a text-message conversation with a consenting caller, qualifying the lead with an AI assistant, and booking appointments on the business's calendar.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Business information — business name, industry, phone number, service area, hours, services offered, and AI agent settings you provide during onboarding and configuration.
- Lead and conversation data — when someone calls or texts a business that uses LeadBack, we process the caller's phone number, name (if provided), message content, and appointment details on behalf of that business.
- Calendar data — if you connect Google Calendar, we access availability and create, update, or cancel appointment events you authorize. We do not read unrelated calendar content.
- Billing information — subscription status and plan details. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Usage data — product usage metrics such as conversation counts used for plan limits and dashboards.
3. How we use information
- Detect missed calls and send automated SMS follow-ups where business-specific consent is recorded.
- Power the AI assistant using your organization's own business settings, services, hours, and service area.
- Check real calendar availability and book, confirm, or cancel appointments.
- Send notifications to you about recovered leads and booked appointments.
- Operate billing, plan limits, and account management.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data. Each organization's data is isolated and accessible only to members of that organization.
4. Third-party services
LeadBack uses the following providers to deliver the service:
- Twilio — phone calls and SMS delivery.
- Google Calendar — availability checks and appointment events (with your authorization).
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
- OpenAI — AI conversation processing (via a server-side gateway; your data is not used to train models).
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, and transactional email.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only as needed to deliver the service.
5. Google API data
LeadBack's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar access is used solely to check availability and manage appointments you book through LeadBack. You can revoke access at any time from Settings → Calendar or from your Google account permissions.
6. SMS and caller consent
Website SMS consent is optional and applies only to the business identified on the form, not to unrelated businesses or all LeadBack customers. A missed call alone does not grant consent. We record the name, normalized phone number, optional inquiry, preference, timestamp, business identity, disclosure version and text, policy links, source URL, and browser information to document the submission. This evidence is used to enforce messaging preferences and support audits, not to enroll recipients in marketing.
Messages may concern service inquiries, missed-call follow-ups, appointment scheduling and updates. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact the business using the address on its consent page. STOP revocations are retained and prevent further applicable automated texts; START does not silently renew permission. Twilio and hosting providers process the minimum data needed for delivery and operation. SMS consent data is not provided to unrelated businesses for marketing.
Each participating business is responsible for its own applicable policies. This policy describes Falcan Group LLC’s operation of LeadBack; it does not replace another business’s policy. Contact that business about its handling and retention of your data.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your leads, conversations, and settings are preserved during the paid period. You may request deletion of your organization's data at any time by contacting us; test and simulator data can be deleted from within the app.
Consent submissions and revocations are retained for permission enforcement and audit. They are not automatically deleted when permission is withdrawn. Contact the sending business or platform support regarding access or deletion requests and applicable legal retention obligations.
8. Security
Access to data is enforced at the database level with row-level security so organizations can only access their own records. Credentials for third-party integrations (Twilio, Google, Stripe) are stored encrypted and are never exposed to the browser.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. If you are a caller whose information was collected by a business using LeadBack, please contact that business directly, as they control that data.
